CCLCA Nigeria’s Youth & Women Empowerment programme is igniting a revolution of inclusive leadership. We believe young people and women are vital to Nigeria’s future, and we equip them with skills to lead in politics, business, and communities.
Our mentorship programmes connect emerging leaders with seasoned professionals, fostering confidence and competence. In 2024, we empowered 300 young women to run for local offices, with several securing leadership roles.
